Operated by Amazon, AmazonSmile Foundation donates 0.5% of eligible purchases to a charitable organizations designated by customers. AmazonSmile provides identical  shopping experience as that of the Amazon.com’s. The only difference is that when customers shop at AmazonSmile, AmazonSmile Foundation automatically makes a donation to the designated charitable organizations at no cost to the customers or the charity organizations. We would greatly appreciate your designating On-Site for the AmazonSmile donation.

How do I select a charitable organization to support when shopping on AmazonSmile?

Simply visit AmazonSmile (Smile.amazon.com) and select the On-site Dental Medical Foundation. AmazonSmile will save your selection and automatically donate .05% of your qualified purchases to On-Site.
