We are dedicated to providing comprehensive low or no cost mobile dental services to those who have limited access to oral health care. Often our patients are homeless or low income. And our dentists come to them.
The Issue
Oral hygiene isn't just about beautiful teeth. Good oral practices allow the body's natural defenses to keep harmful bacteria in the mouth under control. A lack of proper brushing and flossing, however, can allow infection and cause or aggravate more serious medical disorders. Learn more about how good oral health is an important part of your overall health.

Healthcare for the Homeless Program

Homeless Outreach

Education
We collaborate with Alameda County’s Healthcare for the Homeless Program to provide services to four shelters. Each year the program provides care to 200-250 individuals.
We drive our mobile dental services truck to locations known to or frequented by the populations we serve so we can provide care where they are.
Our long term goal is to educate every patient on the importance of good oral hygiene so they can improve their overall health and retain their own teeth longer.
